How long are the delivery times?
The average delivery times for regular delivery is between 5 and 12 business days. If you have chosen express shipping, the delay is between 1 and 3 business days. Canada Post is doing their best to deliver orders in a timely manner. Please wait 30 business days before signalling a non delivered package.

How do I do a product exchange?
Exchangeable items are sent back to us at your own cost. Items must not be worn, washed or modified. There must not be any signs of usage, including make-up, perfume, odours, etc. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Please send us an email with your order number and the exchange details.
All products purchased during at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
