I placed an order, but I haven’t received a confirmation email.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary. Exact details will be provided at checkout.
I haven’t received my order within the estimated delivery time.
Depending on the time of year, orders may take longer to arrive (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, etc.). Please wait an additional 5 days before contacting us.
If your order is returned to us or undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect address information, you will be required to pay a $15.00 CAD shipping fee plus taxes to have your order re-shipped.

We use Canada Post.
What should I do if I want to exchange or return an item?
You must return the item at your own expense. Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered. There should be no signs of use, including cosmetic stains, fragrances, odors, etc. You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order. Email us with your order number and the exchange you wish to make.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Customized products are final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What should I do if my order is defective?
