I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Sometimes our emails get sent to the junk folder. You can add us to your contact list to ensure our correspondances are placed in your inbox.

How long are the delivery times?

The average delivery times for regular delivery is between 5 and 12 business days. If you have chosen express shipping, the delay is between 1 and 3 business days.

I have not received my order during the estimated delivery times

Depending on the time of year, orders may take longer to arrive (ex: Black Friday, Stat holidays, etc). Please wait an extra 5 days before contacting us.

If your order gets returned to us or is undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect address information, you will be required to pay a shipping fee of $15.00 CAD plus taxes for Express shipping (2-3 business days) to have your order resent.

What postal service do you use?

Packages are delivered by Canada Post.

How do I do a product exchange?

Exchangeable items are sent back to us at your own cost. Items must not be worn, washed or modified. There must not be any signs of usage, including make-up, perfume, odours, etc. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Please send us an email with your order number and the exchange details.

All products purchased during at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

What do I do if my order has a defect?

Send us an email at info@creationsall.com to explain the problem with your order. Please include photos.

What is your return policy?

You must return your articles at your own cost. Items must not be worn, washed or modified. There must not be any signs of usage, including make-up, perfume, odours, etc. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order.

*The decision to refuse a refund that does not meet the return criteria of Creations ALL is final and cannot be refuted.
